    Hi I am facing a rather unusual issues wherein

    1. I am seeing double entries of abandoned cart. One entry just has the email and phone and the other has all the details.

    2. Even after recovery, one of the entries keeps sitting in the list.

    We are using cart-flows for checkout page. Recently we rearranged the form fields . WE moved phone and email on top. Could that be the case?

    I also found something related to this in error logs, please check-

    but this error was resolved once we updated to wordpress 5.9

    Can you please let us know if this is happening to all your customers?

    It generally happens when the user abandons the cart two times with different sessions. But don’t worry plugin will not send the email if a user has already purchased or placed the order.

    Yes it is happening with all customers who get abandoned. Rare cases there is a single entry, other times it is 2 entries

    1. One with just email (and phone number at times)
    2. With full details (name, email, phone and address)
    3. After the cart is recovered, entries still remain in the list(sometimes just one, sometimes both of them

    And yes, we have made the distinctions ourselves for the different sessions. I am telling over above that.

    I would request you check our cartflows CHECKOUT PAGE on our website.

    We moved email and phone number on top. It feels as if the cart abandoned is recorded once the email and phone are entered and then if the customer abandons the cart, there is another entry with full details.

    When that cart recovers, one entry clears while the other stays and sometimes both of them stay.

    It’s strange! It seems to be a plugin conflict.

    Is there any plugin that handles the Woocommerce session or something like that or maybe a plugin that duplicates the post? If yes, then please check by deactivating it.
