Classic editor split in two screens

  • I installed a new theme, Newspress by TagDiv, and ever since, my Classic Editor screen in split in two. Basically a left side where I can write the text and a right one that says SIDEBAR.

    I tried to find any settings to disable that but was not able. Any suggestions?

    Does the problem disappear if you switch to the default theme for a moment (twentytwenty-one, etc.)?

    No, only happens with this theme

    Where did you acquire this Newspress theme?

    From the developers, of course.

    If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
