Woocommerce Payments

Hi all.
I have installed woocommerce payments but my client mistakenly selected it was a business instead of a sole trader. I am now unable to go back to this screen or proceed without a company number (which they don’t have) is there any way around this? I have tried deleting the plugin and re-installing it. but the issue remains. I have also tried to change this on wordpress.com and via stripe. But can’t see a fix.

Did anyone get a resolution to this issue? I had the same thing happen where my client had indicated that they were a company but have since stated it as a sole trader. I’m unable to get back to the initial form where the sole trader/company were an option.
