• Is it possible to add private notes within a ticket between specific agents? For example: Agent “A” adds a private note for agent “C”, however, even if it is part of the same ticket, agent “B” cannot see the private note that agent “A” created.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to restrict private notes as per your requreiemnts. The notes are visible to all agents who have access to that ticket.
