ERROR 404 PAGE – PAGE NOT FOUND

    I trust you are well.

    I really hope that you will be able to assist me with a 404 page not found error when accessing a page with short code [sp-client-document-manager] addon . I have also added that a login is required to access the page.

    Now when trying to access the page through the website it redirects me to a 404 error page. The error does not occur every time. You will be able to see the error when you choose the option document mgr and once the page redirects you to the login page choose the option to go back to the main page and if you do this a couple of times the error 404 page not found appears.

    The link you provided opens fine for me. Though its pretty slow but it opens fine.

    Thank you for your response.

    I have once again encountered the error on my side. Once I am on the home page I choose the document mgr option to log in. Once I am at the login page I choose to go back to the site. If I do this numerous times I get the error 404 Page not found.

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
