Hello, i have make a new site with al plugin updated.

Yesterday it happened that a user from UK found in his checkout the billing and shipping address of another customer from Spain.

I checked the cookies and there is nothing unusual, paypal cookies, stripe cookies, facebook, google and klaviyo.

    What could be the problem?
    Regards

  • Hi there,

That’s odd, in this case, it is highly recommended to perform a conflict test:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know if there are any questions.

Hi, I just talked to my server support and they have now set a specific rule for the checkout cache.

Hope this solves the problem, I will keep you updated

    Hi @paolofru

    OK! Please keep us posted.
This kind of issue is typically cache-related. If you have a caching plugin active on your site, please also make sure to exclude the Cart, My Account and Checkout pages from caching: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
