Re-sizing Edit box, toolbar too long

My post edit text box is very wide, and it has to do with the icons in the toolbar. I have to enlarge the entire window so that I can see the right side of my editing window. The last toolbar icons I added was from Viper’s Video Quicktags. The five or six icons just attached to the last line of icons, and pushed right edge of the edit window under the Publish and Attributes box.

I tried to edit my wp-admin.css in TextEdit, but it opened seemingly without carriage returns, so the text was so jammed together that I was afraid to edit anything. Never seen any .css file like that, plus it was multiple pages long.

Any other way to tell the toolbar to “wrap” or rearrange the icons so that the window will be a reasonable size?
