“Order completed” notification

    After clicking on the payment button, the order is created but no “ORDER COMPLETED” notice appears, and the screen always remains the same. Sometimes this situation creates confusion, and the cashier does not understand if the order has been concluded or not.

    Visually, the order appears as if it were still “to be paid”.

    Would it be possible to insert an “ORDER COMPLETED” notification message? Or change the screen automatically after the order has been paid?

    The checkout screen should change from blue ‘To pay’ to a green ‘Paid’. Can you please try the demo at https://demo.wcpos.com/pos to see if you are seeing the same transition?

    In your demo it’s perfect, but I’ve never had that transition. ??

    I got suspicious and started checking all my settings.

    In the “Checkout Process” setting, the default order status for POS order was set to “failed”, and this setting generated all of this.

    Hmmm .. that’s strange. By default it’s set to ‘completed’. But glad you have found the problem ??
