WordPress 5.9 icons and design plastered onto custom HTML Dashboard

    After the WordPress 5.9 update, we can see the 5.9 balloons and the blue background from the WP 5.9 post-update page on the custom HTML dashboard that we have created.

    We disabled it to prevent support enquiries from our end client.

    Is there a temp fix, or hotfix for this?
