Site Kit setup: “Over Quota”

    Had an error on SiteKit this morning which suggested running through setup again. Unfortunately, that’s not working, and instead shows:

    Over Quota
    This application is temporarily over its serving quota. Please try again later.

    Looks like it’s an issue at Google’s end, but I’d love to know how to fix it, if possible.
