List posts starting with ID desc

    I need to list posts starting by specific ID. Not sure how to do this custom query or plugin? I can get the ID of the current post using $post->ID. Then I want to list the previous 3 posts below. query_post does not seem to have an option for this. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place. Struggling to find a solution. Anybody had this issue?
