Annoying Promotions

    They added a new feature to control the promotion banner.

    I can go to “ShopEngine” -> “Get Help”, and disable the “Show update & fix related important messages, essential tutorials and promotional images on WP Dashboard” option.

    Since this can be controlled by the user now, I would change my previous one star to 5.

    I’ve been a loyal user of ShopEngine for a long time, and honestly, it’s been a great plugin in many ways. But I’m beyond frustrated right now, and I feel like I need to speak up.

    I get it—plugins need to promote their paid versions, and I don’t mind that. But forcing a huge, non-dismissible banner on the top of the Admin panel? That crosses the line. It’s intrusive, annoying, and honestly feels like spam. It’s such a shame because I really liked this plugin, but now I’m left feeling disappointed and let down.
