• With the cache everything page rule, which I guess is required for this plugin to work, since the cache test fails if you remove it, then when surfing through the site sometimes pages load with you logged out and sometimes with your logged in, and it’s not specific to certain pages, meaning, sometimes the same page will display while you are logged in and sometimes while you are logged out. I noticed this because the top admin bar disappears sometimes, which means I am logged out, and the pages load faster, as if by cache when this happens. Why has no one else pointed out this insanely huge problem which makes the plugin unusable? Am I the only one using this plugin? I think I am.

I think you jumped into the plugin without reading the description section of the plugin.
Anyways, you can use this plugin by either using the cache everything page rule which it uses by default or using the worker mode which you can enable inside the plugin settings.

When you are using the default page rule option the plugin will automatically add the cache everything page rule in your CF account and you should not touch it or tinker with it as all cache behaviour is managed within the plugin.

When using the page rule mode, while loggedin make sure the ?swcfpc=1 cache buster query parameter is added to your URL to make sure that you are receiving a non cached version of the page. In mouse cases it is added automatically.

When you are using the worker mode this cache buster is not needed.
