Not Working – Must provide valid email address to join waitlist

    Hi,

    We have had your plugin configured for over a year, no issues. Yesterday we mark items Out of Stock, and try adding ourselves to waiting list but we receive error… You must provide a valid email address to join the waiting list of this product. Of course, we use valid email address (several) but we get same error. Plugin is up to date.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello there,

    I tried to add myself to the product you linked and I can’t see the error.
    I also tested on my local installation, and it works as expected.

    If you still have problems, please, try to disable all your plugins one by one and change your active theme in order to check if there is something doing the conflict.
