    Hello,
    I’m a bit confused – it seems that the counter doesn’t count correctly. Here are my counter-results for the first days after installation:

    <table>
    <tr><th>result&nbsp;&nbsp;</th><th>code&nbsp;&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;beginning with ( instead of [</th><th>day / comment</th></tr>
    <tr><td>0</td><td>plugin not yet installed</td></tr>
    <tr><td>23</td><td>(slimstat f='count' w='ip']strtotime equals 2022-01-18[/slimstat]</td><td>1st day</td></tr>
    <tr><td>1477</td><td>(slimstat f='count' w='ip']strtotime equals 2022-01-19[/slimstat)]</td><td>2nd day</td></tr>
    <tr><td>1446</td><td>(slimstat f='count' w='ip']strtotime equals 2022-01-20[/slimstat]</td><td>3rd day</td></tr>
    <tr><td>927</td><td>(slimstat f='count' w='ip']strtotime equals 2022-01-21[/slimstat]</td><td>today up to now</td></tr>
    <tr><td>====&nbsp;</td><td></td><td></td></tr>
    <tr><td>2313</td><td>(slimstat f='count-all' w='ip']resolution is_not_empty &&&browser_type does_not_equal 2[/slimstat]</td><td>wrong result!</td></tr>
    <tr><td>3403</td><td>(slimstat f='count-all' w='ip']resolution is_not_empty[/slimstat]</td><td>wrong result!</td></tr>
    <tr><td>3403</td><td>(slimstat f='count-all' w='ip'][/slimstat]</td><td>wrong result!</td></tr>
    <tr><td>3873</td><td>manually counted</td><td>correct result</td></tr>
    </table>

    What’s wrong? My fault?
    Kind regards

    Sorry – tables doesn’t work when marked as code …

    Hi, you want to replace the ( with [ at the beginning of the shortcode.

    Hello,
    that’s not the problem: At the beginning of the screenshot I wrote:
    “beginning with ( instead of [”
    (to make the script not executable)

    My apologies, I had not noticed that in the screenshot. It looks like an issue with the filters. Would it be possible to have a data dump of your slimstat tables so that I can run some tests locally?

    Hello,
    yes, of course, with good grace, but WHAT should I send you and WHERE (to which address)?

    Ok great. Could you please open a ticket on our portal at https://support.wp-slimstat.com ? In your database you’ll find two tables, wp_slim_stats and wp_slim_events. You can export those tables and maybe remove any sensitive information you don’t want to share. Attach them as a zip file to your ticket.

    Thank you,
    Jason
