We have a requirement for a website middle east and im aware that the cdn options on the site can store the media asset files like images/theme files ect BUT can it store the PAGE CACHE files so a visitor is not having to hit our uk servers to respond with the html page cache?

And if so what settings would you suggest we apply?

    Hello @adambushell

Thank you for your question and I am happy to help.
If you want to serve HTML via CDN, I would recommend using W3TC FSD CDN (Full site delivery)
For this, you need to subscribe to one of the CDN providers (If you are already using Cloudflare all you need is a Pro version to activate it via W3TC).
However, in my experience, Stackpath CDN is the best solution for this. After setting the FSD on Stackpath, enable the FSD CDN feature in W3TC settings and connect the Stackpath with W3TC.
This will ensure that all cached HTML files are served from the CDN.
    Thanks!
