Really bad decision by new company

  • Ive used this plug-in on many websites. Now I need to replace them all with a plug-in that doesn’t require me to pay extra to support CF7 the most widely used WP Form plug-in. Thanks for all the extra un-billable hours I’ll be working. Great job folks! And thanks for the awesome notice of this change, oh that’s right we didn’t get any notice.

    Support for CF7 was always a premium feature, this was made clear in all literature. This has been the case since before we acquired the plugin. Unfortunately, due to a bug, support for third-party plugins was also included in the free version for a very long time. We have now rectified this.

    We understand that users who have been using the free version of this plugin might experience some disruptions. To this end, we are offering a free 3-month premium license to all existing users to help with the transition. To get your license key please email us at [email protected].

    We firmly believe that it is only fair everyone gets the functionality they paid for. It is very difficult to maintain a free plugin without a paid edition. We employ a complement of full-time staff who research, develop, and support our plugins.

    I hope you can understand where we are coming from.
