Your frontend site is completely down?
You will need to login and deactivate your plugins, and re-activate them one-by-one.
Clearly there is a conflict coming from somewhere – theme, plugin, php version, server error. Login to your host, and take a look at the php error files to see if get get more specific details re: errors that are being trapped.
