    Hey there,
to keep our own listing on top of the list each day, we change the publish date once or twice a day via the admin section.
Now a co worker of mine said, that the link is not valid any more.
I tested it on different browsers, like FF, FF Dev, Chrome and Edge, and was not able to reproduce this.
But on mobile devices, the link does not work.
Any solution or ideas about whats going wrong?

  • Hi there!

Could you make sure that the publish date was not changed to a future date?

Can you also share an example URL where we can see the issue? And we’ll check this on both desktop browsers and mobile browsers?

    Thank you!

no, the publish date was not changed to a future date.
I just change the publish date to the date of the current day including the current time like 08:30 am.
This is the listing I′m talking about. I′m going to change the date again this afternoon about 3 pm. So you can check it now and later on and see if you got the same issue on mobile

Hi @braehler! Thanks for the response!

I have checked the URL on both desktop browser and mobile browser, and I am able to view that job. It shows properly on mobile. ??

Here are screenshots of what I’m seeing on my end using Chrome browser in an Android device:

Are you still experiencing the issue? Could you try checking this on another mobile device and also using an incognito tab?

    Thank you!

@braehler , what do you see when you try to open the links on mobile? Can you provide us with a screenshot?

Since it works on your Desktop and not your mobile, I suspect this is device-specific. The device’s local cache might be interfering. You could try clearing the cache on the device and refreshing the link.

after checking and again and again, with all different browsers, versions and devices, I let me send the link again from my co worker who said it would not work and I found out, that they did not copy the whole link.
    Human fail ??

    Solved and thanks

    Hi again,

I’m going to close this thread now. However, if something else comes up, feel free to open a new support thread.

    Best,
