Cannot Launch pop up

    Hi @tiffanyowen

    Simply, go to your dashboard and click “Edit” on the pop-up you want me to publish.

    Then copy URL from navigation bar – our administrators and you can access them but no-one else.

    Alright, the issue here is that Cloudflare is blocking our requests.
    Even when I tried to access your site via my PC I was blocked by CloudFlare.

    This is what I received: https://prnt.sc/26frru9

    In such cases, you can temporarily disable CloudFlare firewall, clear cache and try to publish it once again.

    In your case it looks like you limited access to specific IP address, that means our servers may not be able to access your website not because of firewall but because of some IP filters.

    I published your pop-up manually just in case, so you don’t have to worry about it ??
