    Hello,

    it is impossible for me to send the products to the shop since the last update of the plugin.

    On the other hand, I still have access (printful menu of my site) to information related to the various orders being processed from my site.

    Here is the message on my Printful dashboard
    Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access. Essayez d’actualiser les données.

    Yesterday, Access to the api came back for a few hours and then it’s lost again.

    how to fix the problem?

    We checked each plugin, without success.
    on our side, we have not noticed any problem with the host or any problem with another plugin.

    Feature of my site:
    WordPress version 5.8.3
    Woocommerce 6.1.0

  • Hi! Katherine from Printful here. Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing some issues with your store. This error is connected to something on your server’s side. Something is creating connection issues — it can either be an unsupported plugin, issues with the server itself, or a variety of other problems. We can’t guess what exactly that is, though.
    Please reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can assist you further. As the issue is not on our side, we won’t be able to assist further, I’m afraid.
