    Even it is a fairly new product, they have come far and includes the most important stuff already which is needed in a supportportal. They are very quick to respond to questions and also pushing updates in a high tempo with new features and bug fixes.

    I am excited on the further development of this plugin and I can recommend this supportsystem for WordPress. Integrates very nice inside WP admin area ??
