Plugin not updating

  • Hi there, the plugin was working fine so far and now i have got an update but it seems not to be working. the site goes under maintenance and plugin fails to update.

    Send PDF for Contact Form 7 from version 0.9 to 0.9.1

    Also i have this error on submitting a form –
