Import Hangs at Get Template List…

    I am doing an import with settings and it is hanging at:
    PLEASE WAIT UNTIL PROCESS IS COMPLETE
    – Get Template List
    – Get Setting List
    – Get Import Fields

    All three are spinning, but it has been sitting for 24hrs. I restarted the process, but same result.
