International labels printed vertically missing part of name

We are shipping from Belgium. Labels for packages within Belgium are created horizontally. Labels for international delivery (France) are created vertically and because of that, part of the receiver’s name is missing (depending on whether they enter the first name or last name in the correct box)
If only the first name is visible, packages can’t sometimes be delivered and are returned to pickup point, and as there is no reference for the last name, people are having trouble finding the correct package.
Can this be checked as soon as possible: we checked previous labels and in all of them the a part of the name is missing.
