Problem with contact form 7 plugin

    I have a problem with contact form 7 plugin in my website,
    I’m getting this error “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
    Some, from YouTube, propose to install plugins dealing with smtp (like wpforms, easy wp smtp) but many reviews in WP tells that these plugins in many case doesn’t work, no support or spammy!
    So please can you tell me what are you using as safe method (plugins) for the contact form?

    So please can you tell me what are you using as safe method (plugins) for the contact form?
