Site redirect not working

I’m not sure what you’ve shown me, or what you are trying to do.

What URL isn’t working? https://vpscanada.com/store/ returns a 503 error, which is not something a redirect will be able to fix.

Thank you for the very fast reply! I love your plugin by the way and just left you a great review. This is the first time I have run into an issue with it and I’m sure it’s something dumb I’ve done / my fault.

We had the old website installed in a subdirectory:
https://vpscanada.com/store/

The new website (both wordpress) is installed in the root:
https://vpscanada.com/

We want to forward https://vpscanada.com/store/ -> https://vpscanada.com/

Those screenshots in the IMGUR are screenshots of how I set the redirects up in the https://vpscanada.com/store/ backend.

Not sure why it is giving you a 503 error! Everything is working fine for me (other than the redirect) and this is what you should see when you visit the two different sites (old one we are trying to redirect is in maintenance mode):

Okay I got it working and it was something dumb I did! In the redirect I did “/” to get the root of the store, which is installed in subdirectory, and I thought would be https://vpscanada.com/store/

That doesn’t give me the root of the store though, that gives me the root of the domain, which it is not installed on and so did not work.

I changed redirect source to /store/ instead of / and now it is working now problem!
