Full Site Editor not showing
-
Hi, my problem is: I can’t get the Gutenberg Full Site Editor to show up.
I use WP version 5.8.3 with a multisite for a simple blog site. I have installed the Gutenberg plugin and the TT1 Blocks Theme but no FSE shows in the menu.
I couldn’t find any earlier post about this problem so I hope it’s okay that I start a new thread for it. ??
Any ideas? Might the multisite be a problem?
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You shouldn’t use This plugin on a production site … WE use this one only for testing purpose..
NB. Its just a suggestion…

Can you please share your site health info?
For that, go to Tools> Site Health > Site Health Info .. then copy to clipboard.Oh, I made a test subsite that isn’t live and thought that would be safe. Is that too risky too?
And thanks for the fast reply! Here is the site health info:

Hi @evemassacre
Let me try to help here.
When you active the setup you’ve described you won’t see an “FSE” menu item as that is an umbrella term and not used within the WordPress interface.
Rather will see

. I’d definitely recommend taking this course from the official WordPress learning resources on how to use the Site Editor. It should make things a lot easier for you.I hope that helps?
@get_dave Thanks a lot! I now got it working in Local and really enjoy it. It’s a great tool.
If I may ask, just to make sure I understood right: There is nothing broken with my WP installation online, it’s just that the full site editor is only available for local editing? You are welcome. Glad it helped.

I understand that you are asking whether the (Site) Editor is only available for editing when the site is running locally on a computer rather than on a host?
I can say that the Site Editor will be available in any standard WordPress installation when using a block Theme. There have been edge cases recently whereby Themes weren’t being recognised as block Themes so if you’ve encountered one of these then please do let us know.
Ah I noticed you have Twenty Twenty-One (twentytwentyone) as your active Theme. TT1 is a classic Theme.
Perhaps try Twenty Twenty Two (2022) which is the new default Theme which is a block based Theme.
