Contact forms not working on mobile

I am having a difficult time understanding why Amp is not compatible with contact forms on mobile. I have used the Jetpack contact form and Contact Form 7 (yes I do have the extra plugin to make it compatible with Amp) and neither will work on mobile despite working on desktop. I’m given an error message with both forms that specifies the error only as “(code)” so I’m in the dark on what to fix.

Lastly I tried to use WPForms and while on mobile, the page wouldn’t load at all with Amp. I had to choose the option to disable Amp to even view the page. After disabling Amp, WPForms worked fine on mobile.

Out of these options I’d prefer to just use Jetpack so the “link to the page you need help with” is showing the contact page using the Jetpack contact form. Please help me resolve this. I took over work on this website to finish up a few needs after the original dev abandoned the project, so despite its simplicity I’m not fully aware of issues that might be lurking in the background because of whatever was done before I got to it.
