Checkbox for adding to list will not show in registration

    I have a site using divi, Woocommerce and Divi Bodycommerce with the mailchimp for woocommerce plugin. It uses a registration module from Divi Body commerce. When I go to that part the only thing there is is the text but no checkbox next to it. “Stay up to date with our products, satire and coupons.” Any idea why there would be no checkbox?
    Can’t really link it as I have a coming soon up.

    It says this but doesn’t allow me to change it to unchecked.
    “<input class=”woocommerce-form__input woocommerce-form__input-checkbox input-checkbox” id=”mailchimp_woocommerce_newsletter” type=”checkbox” name=”mailchimp_woocommerce_newsletter” value=”1″ checked=”checked”>”

    It works fine in the Checkout as it is checked but can be unchecked.

    I also asked the Developer of Divi Bodycommerce as it is showing inside their divi Registration module. They said to ask you this question.

    “BodyCommerce and MailChimp don’t interact with each other.

    The MailChimp plugin will hook into action and this action is either added via one of our modules or you can add it manually using our action/shortcode module.

    Can you try to find out or ask the plugin developers what action they hook into?”

    @jtc650 Just writing back to let you know we’ve seen this thread and I’m asking on of our developers about this. Once I know more I’ll be sure to update this thread or they may chime in personally.

    @jtc650 this must be a css conflict somewhere if the checkbox isn’t showing. We don’t typically do this type of troubleshooting just due to the sheer number of possibilities that themes can throw in unknown variables – but if you provide your store’s URL we can try to take a quick peek at it to see why/where it’s not showing and provide some guidance.
