I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve experienced an issue while using Forminator!

I wanted to check the example images you’ve shared, but they don’t seem to show up – can you share them again?

Also, have you tried setting up a Captcha field on the form?

I suggest enabling the Google ReCaptcha or hCaptcha https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#captcha-field

However, both features are not bulletproof and some script can bypass it, if you still receive spam after enabling one of Captcha field, please enable the Honeypot or any antispam integration, to find more:
