    Hello @bahus_pl

    Thank you for reaching out!

I visited the link which you shared, but could not find the Cost Calculator.

There are several reasons why the calculator may not load on the front end. The most common cause of this problem is using cache plugins, flaws in formulas and using Total fields incorrectly.

If you are using Cache plugins, please exclude plugin scripts from minifying in their settings. Since other calculators loading correctly, please, review your calculator formulas in order to resolve the issue.

While using total fields their sequential number is important! For example, total_field_id_6 will not show total_field_id_7 and higher.

Furthermore, you can send screenshots of the console, in order to clarify the root of the issue. If you cannot disable third-party plugins in your live website, you can create a staging website with the default theme and recheck the issue.

    Kind regards

I turned off the other plugins and the calculator became visible. There has to be a conflict.

    Hello @bahus_pl

    Thank you for reaching out!

By enabling the plugins one by one you can find the exact plugin which caused the conflict.

    Kind regards
