User dashboard strange (not the admin one)

From what I can see in the screenshot, it looks like the entire content of the page is displayed in a wrong manner, not just the menu. You could try to disable the plugins one by one, check if the layout of the page is properly displayed after disabling each plugin and then replace the guilty plugin, if you find one responsible for this issue, with an alternative one. If this doesn’t help, please provide us the URL to your site so we can take a close look at the issue.

yes tried all plugins deactivated other than woocommerce
and still bad page layout…
i switch ti storefront or other themes
and look nice
only with neve is worst look

BUT HAVe YOu TESTED BY OYUR SIDE

From the last screenshot attached it seems like the “My Account” page looks correct as that is the default layout of the theme. (screenshot of a fresh install). Unfortunately, there is no direct way of changing this behavior at the moment without using custom coding or a third-party plugin, however, our developers are working on a way of implementing such a feature in the future.

I also wanted to mention that “My Account page” is a feature of Neve PRO and if you are using our PRO version, it would be better if you could contact us directly at https://store.themeisle.com/contact/. This way we can handle your request faster and in a more efficient way.
