Admin bar not showing

Hi I set up the admin bar plug in thinking it would show at the top of the page on my greenpreneure dot co dot uk site but I Cant see it?

When I go to the server I can see it in the file wp-content/plugins/wordpress-admin-bar is that where it should be and if so why isnt it showing??
