RSS feed does not work

My site feed does not work. The only feed that works is the comments feed. I have disabled all plugins and even installed a different theme, but the feed still does not work. I’ve tested on chrome, IE, and firefox.

On IE, I get an “cannot display this feed” page (Feed code error is the page title). When I click on “more information” I get the following:
End tag ‘category’ does not match the start tag ‘description’.
Line: 46 Character: 35<category><![CDATA[People]]></category>
When I validated the code, I get the following results:
