Login and Registration forms show up only in Dev Tools

For some strange reason the login and registration pages are not displaying their respective forms. However, by going through Inspect in browser’s dev tools, the forms show up. See the example here: https://d.pr/i/cKrsnS

The form shortcode is correct. How do we resolve this? I’ve already added in custom CSS: .um-form {display: block !important;} and still nothing. I would be grateful for assistance.
