Error: wordpress publishing failed could not update post in the database

    Hi, brand new error I’ve not seen before that seems to have only occurred since the security update. I’ve tried to publish a post to my clients site (can not for their security post the URL here) and it’s failing with the following error: “wordpress publishing failed could not update post in the database”.

    I’ve never seen this error before and have had no issues before the recent security update.

    Any help would be gratefully received. I can not see anything untoward in the site health that would flag this.

    Okay, a maybe solution to anyone else going through this. I just reinstalled the latest WordPress update and that appears to have fixed the post publishing issue. Worth giving that a try as I’ve just seen a few more posts also noting an issue.
