• It doesn’t work anymore: if I send myself a message through the contact form, the green confirmation message displays correctly, but I don’t receive the message. I have NO filters at all in my email and it’s not in the Spam.
    I tried several times, also changing the recipient email, but I still don’t receive any message.
    I don’t know when the problem begun.

  • Hi, sarahhhh, I am another Contact Form 7 user.

    You can try installing a mail log plugin (and then attempt to complete a test contact form submission which will hopefully generate an email) for troubleshooting purposes to see whether or not emails are actually being created.

    If emails are being created (but not sent), then you have an issue with your email hosting settings.

    In this case, you can either install an SMTP plugin and troubleshoot via that method or contact your email hosting service.
