    I had purchased the eroom pro but thought it was lifetime. I was charged on the 9th for another subscription of $49.99. I WANT A REFUND, since it is NOT LIFETIME. I don’t want annual subscription. There is no way to contact you on the website in my account. I had to contact you here. JUST WANT A REFUND.
