Adding a video

Hi

I have a video which plays OK when I click on it in its file but when I ‘insert video’ into my blog I get just the title. I have uploaded to my ftp – https://mydomainname/videos/infinity01.wmv

There is obviously a correct code to upload this with and I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this.
