    Dear Sirs

    Our site is using wordpress/woocommerce/WooCommerce Stripe Gateway.

    We are try to open oversea market and we just have a new customer place a order. But unfortunately she can’t make the payment, she can’t find the credit card payment option in the checkout page.

    I just found it out, maybe it is a setting problem. WooCommerce > Payments > Stripe > Payment Methods > Specific countries. I try to add another countries, but it didn’t save. And I also try All countries, and it still didn’t save.

    We don’t have problem with local customer, but oversea. Please help me. Thank you!

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @tomeilee – thanks for adding your System Status Report. When I take a look at the Stripe extension on my test site, this is how the settings for the Stripe extension look like:https://d.pr/i/Eyunyb

    By default, WooCommerce Stripe extension does not have the fields such as Country Availability so it looks like some other extension on your site might be adding those. What I would recommend doing as the next step is to run a full conflict test on the site to determine what is causing the issue. This page will guide you through conflict testing: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Would you be able to try these steps and let us know how it goes?
