Margin and Padding Setting Not working for desktop and mobile

I can understand that you are having some issues with the Margin and Padding controller on the responsive viewport. But, when I tested the Margin and Padding controller of the Archive Product Widget on Shop Layout, I haven’t found any issues there.

I can able to apply specific padding and Margin for specific viewports and they are working properly. Please check this screencasting for better understanding.

Since you are having issues with it, can you please check by clearing caches from your site first? If that doesn’t help, then please let me know the name of the widget or specifically where you are having the issue so that I can take a look and let you know an update as soon as possible.

my web is disable caches due to it’s under developing . and the issue that I found is difference with you have test.

more information I found this issue when create template by shop engine,
but with pure elementor I didn’t found this issue.

I have tried to reproduce the issue you have shown in your screencast but in my development environment I couldn’t reproduce it. The margin, padding is working as per device width. For the clarification please check this screencast. I have checked it with default theme and with Hello and Astra.

Can you please check this issue on a fresh WordPress installation? Or you can try to deactivate all plugins and check again? Let us know, how we can reproduce the issue on our end.

I have tried to reproduce the issue in my development environment with Elementor Pro as well but the media query is generating properly here also. So, I recommend you to navigate to the plugin’s details page and find the support center link to open a support ticket. We will investigate the actual issue properly and let you know the update as soon as possible.
