    Hello everyone!

I need help please with taxes, in documentation:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pdf-product-vouchers/#redeeming-vouchers-online

Is somehow explained, but I can’t do it.

The problem is for example if I sell multipurpose voucher (as store credit) in Czech its not taxable, because its something like deposit only.

So u have credit for example 1000 K?, when u buy and pay for that u don’t pay tax, because its only credit.

For redeem offline in administration I posted image, for example a half of that price 500 K?, customer have to pay tax in 21%, so u redeem 500 K? and from that its 105 K? Tax.

As u can see on image it won’t set any tax:

    And setting for product is:

I cannot figure how to set uo, when I set it as tax status ay taxable, it works BUT customers while pay that credit voucher pay also tax 21% form 1000 K? and that’s wrong.

    Many Thanks!

No worries! Thank you for keeping us posted.

Just in case somebody doesn’t know, you can find WooCommerce System Status via WooCommerce > Status, select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do that, you can paste it on the form in the System Status Report field.

Anyway, I will leave this thread open for a bit in case you want to share the solution you get with everybody.

    Cheers!
