Sending Queue in pause

    Hi Support Team,

    I registred my free account yesterday for my website https://www.speechless.pro. Activation Mails are working, welcome mail is not working. Sending is in pause mode. Lizenz is valid. What can I do?

    Can you please send us a screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page? Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.

    Also, which sending method do you use? Is your form correctly linked to the same list as your Welcome email?

    Sending method: tried every method, at this time it is mailpoets script.
    Yes the user joined the correct list.

    At the welcome mail stauts I can see 3 Mails waiting:

    Okay. Are you using MailPoet Sending Service or a Third-Party Sending Service? Also:

    – Do you have Sign Up Confirmation enabled?
    – What’s the status of the subscribers in the list that this Welcome Email is set to send to (e.g. Unconfirmed, Subscribed)?
    – Have your subscribers been imported or have they subscribed via a MailPoet subscription form?
    – Have you changed your subscribers’ status by editing them in batches?

    – My list is imported from klicktipp (german newsletter provider)
    – no batches

    Thank you for the details. I believe this is the cause of the issue:

    – My list is imported from klicktipp (german newsletter provider)

    Welcome Emails aren’t sent to imported subscribers as outlined in our Troubleshooting Welcome Emails page.
