COMPLETED STATUS SHOWS AS REFUNDED PROBLEM???

    WHEN ORDERS ON WOO COMMERCE CHANGE TO COMPLETED STATUS, WOO MY REWARDS IS READING IT INCORRECTLY AND SHOWING IN HISTORY AS REFUNDED.

    THE PREVIOUS NUMBER OF POINTS IS RESTORED AND NOT SUBTRACTED. OF COURSE NO NEW POINTS ARE ADDED EITHER.

    CAN ANYONE HELP??????
