WP-Members/Woocommerce Lost Password URL Conflict

  • The Lost Password link on our login page is supposed to go to https://iahe.net/my-account/lost-password which is a woocommerce setting. It recently changed to https://iahe.net/wp-admin/profile.php?a=pwdreset which doesn’t work.
    I had an old version of our site in staging. I updated woocommerce there, thinking that was the problem, but the lost password link was still working. I updated wp-members and the problem surfaced on the staging site. Unfortunately I didn’t track versions or settings so can’t give a lot of details. I know I reset the staging site in December sometime before Christmas.
    I have worked around this for now by changing the User Profile Page setting in WP-Members to https://iahe.net/my-account/lost-password.

    I have worked around this for now by changing the User Profile Page setting in WP-Members to https://iahe.net/my-account/lost-password.

    There is a noted issue for the WP default password reset link, and I am digging into it.

    In the meantime, the workaround you noted is exactly what I would have said; so stick with that for now.
