I am using SendGrid to send my emails and MailPoet says it won’t send because it says SendGrid can’t verify the sending email. The thing is this ‘only happens with scheduled emails’. It works fine if I publish immediately. I have the correct sender email address in MailPoet settings and have confirmed with SendGrid support that email has been verified. They told me that for some reason when I schedule emails the old domain is being sent to them.

The question is do scheduled emails somehow pull the default sending email address from a different location. If so, how do I change it?

  • Hi there @blj028,

    Thanks for reaching out!

So if I got it right, you’re using SendGrid to send emails. When you send your emails immediately, it works. However, when you schedule emails it doesn’t work.

Can you please let me know which emails are not sent exactly? Welcome/ Post Notification/ WooCommerce emails?

Note that every email also has its own From address set up. Can you please go to edit your scheduled email > check the From address on the Activate page?

Let me know how it goes!
