    Hi @jackoneill,

    1) Could you check if disabling/purging cache in LiteSpeed makes the difference here? I’ve tested the below settings with Complianz 6.0 (available on GitHub) which are very similar to the ones you listed, and it works on my end. Updating to 6.0 will allow you to copy my exact settings:

For Spotify, keep the Spotify integration enabled and add embed.spotify.com to Complianz > Script Center > Block a script, iframe or plugin.

For RentalCars, add secure.rentalcars.com as script, iframe or plugin to block.

GetYourGuide, add widget.getyourguide.com as script, iframe or plugin to block.

    2) The Cookie Scan detects first-party cookies (set on your own domain). Third-party cookies will be synced to your Cookie Policy from CookieDatabase when a service is detected on the site/when you select that you use a certain service, such as Spotify or YouTube.

You can add Cookies to the list manually as well (Wizard > Cookies/Consent > Cookie descriptions > “Add New Cookie”).

    3) Yes, please refer to our configuration guide for the full details about a GDPR-ready Google Analytics implementation: https://complianz.io/configure-google-analytics-4-for-gdpr/

If you would like to have a closer look at some demonstration pages I’ve created for Spotify, GetYourGuide and RentalCars embeds, please feel free reach us on support(at)complianz.io.

Just let me know if I can provide further assistance.
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Hi, thank you for your reply and suggestions.

I installed 6.0 and it seems there is no issue with Spotify anymore.
With GetYourGuide, no cookies are added without consent, but I’m not able to show the placeholder which should appear in the red highlighted area https://pasteboard.co/iJcdlEfAk9x7.jpg. This is the settings https://pasteboard.co/g0FIsKptRKPc.jpg.
With Rentalcars, the widget loads and I see this https://pasteboard.co/vCgKFep6wOlB.jpg, not sure if there is any cookie set though.

It’s the same with Litespeed enabled/disabled or after purging the cache.

    Hi @jackoneill,

As both GetYourGuide and Rentalcars appear to be working for me when I copy your iFrame code’s to my test site, could you check if you might have “Disable placeholder insertion” enabled under Complianz > Settings > Cookies?

In addition, can you also try separating the GetYourGuide and RentalCars additions in the Script Center into separate entries? Currently, on your screenshot they have both been entered in the same “block”, so perhaps this could be the difference?

Just let me know if you have any further updates.
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Placeholder insertion isn’t disabled, tried to separate the URLs, but nothing has changed.

    Hi @jackoneill,

You can also hide these elements prior to consent by wrapping them in the consent area shortcode:

    [cmplz-consent-area]
Your text or code goes here
    [/cmplz-consent-area]

Please find further details & CSS to apply styling here: https://complianz.io/wrapping-content-in-consent-shortcodes/

If you’d still like us to have a closer look at the Script Center solution, could you please send us an e-mail on support(at)complianz.io, and attach the HTML/iFrame code for your GetYourGuide and RentalCars elements?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
