    Hello Team,

    Can we send manual reminder to the customer, or maybe like at least 2 reminders?

    Hello,

    Yes, to send the review reminder manually, you can come to the WooCommerce orders > choose a particular order > Select Send Review Reminder in the Bulk action > Apply

    In other cases when the customers somehow did not leave a review after the first review reminder email, you can manage the settings in the Resend Review Reminder tab. This feature is available in the premium version currently. https://nimb.ws/p4G3eD
