    hello sir,

    It seems like msbacademy.com is hosted from a USA server.

    Nagad doesn’t allow foreign server’s requests without whitelisting it’s IP.
    If you have got live api credentials from Nagad you should have already got that instruction to email us for IP and callback url whitelisting.

    If you need any assistance, please contact your key account manager from Nagad end and he will take the initiative.
